Refund Policy

At blHUEprint by Indigo Pruitt Design Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for digital products and services offered through blHUEprint.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, previews, and details carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds Policy

All sales of digital products are final. Once you have received access to download or view a digital product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes but is not limited to:

Why No Refunds?

Digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, saved, and accessed immediately upon purchase. Once you have received the product, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This policy protects both our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all customers.


Technical Delivery Issues

If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us immediately at hello@indigopruitt.com. We will work to resolve the issue by:


Exceptions and Technical Issues

We will consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:


  • Resending the download link
  • Providing alternative download methods
  • Troubleshooting access issues
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, issuing a refund

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase. We will verify the duplicate transaction and issue a refund for the second purchase.


Defective or Corrupted Files

If your downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement, we will issue a full refund.



Incorrect Product Delivered

If you received a different product than what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide the correct product and, if applicable, issue a refund for the incorrect item.


What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the product
  • Dissatisfaction with the product content after purchase
  • Lack of time to use or review the purchased materials
  • Misunderstanding of product description (please read carefully before purchasing)
  • Compatibility issues with your device (all products are standard PDF format)
  • Failure to download the product within the specified timeframe
  • Personal circumstances preventing you from using the product

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions outlined above, please follow these steps:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the product
  • Dissatisfaction with the product content after purchase
  • Lack of time to use or review the purchased materials
  • Misunderstanding of product description (please read carefully before purchasing)
  • Compatibility issues with your device (all products are standard PDF format)
  • Failure to download the product within the specified timeframe
  • Personal circumstances preventing you from using the product

Step 1: Contact Us

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Step 2: Review Process

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


Step 3: Resolution

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:


  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Bundles and Collections

Products purchased as part of a bundle or collection (such as the Complete Color Confidence Collection) are subject to the same refund policy as individual products. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.


Workshops and Learning Experiences (Coming Soon)

When workshops and learning experiences become available, they will be subject to specific refund policies based on the nature of the event:

Refund policies for live workshops will be communicated at the time of registration and may include:


Live Workshops

  • Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the event
  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the event

On-demand workshop recordings and learning content will follow the same digital product refund policy (no refunds once accessed).


On-Demand Content

Physical Merchandise (Coming Soon)

When physical merchandise becomes available, the following refund policy will apply:

Returns

  • Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or color are available within 30 days
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any legitimate concerns and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase that has been delivered may result in:


  • Suspension of access to future products and services
  • Termination of any accounts associated with your email address
  • Legal action to recover costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.


If a refund is issued for a purchase made with a promotional code or discount:


  • The refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts
  • Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be reused
  • Future purchases will not automatically receive the same discount

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and purchase of products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
